01Account Terms

To access certain features of LiveRank, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

02Content Ownership

User Content. Votes, comments, and similar contributions you submit are your content. By submitting user content, you grant LiveRank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the platform.

Ranking Content. Rankings are created by users and owned jointly between the creating user and LiveRank for purposes of platform operation, indexing, and SEO. The platform's derived aggregations (scores, order, trust-weighted results) are platform intellectual property.

Items. Items are global entities shared across rankings. Adding an item to a ranking does not confer exclusive ownership of that item.

03Ranking Integrity

LiveRank depends on authentic, organic voting. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Vote manipulation — using scripts, bots, or any automated means to cast, remove, or inflate votes.
• Buying or selling votes — offering, accepting, or facilitating any exchange of value (monetary or otherwise) in exchange for votes.
• Paid placement — paying or receiving payment to position an item in a ranking.
• Coordinated inauthentic behaviour — organizing groups of users to vote in concert to manipulate a ranking's outcome.

LiveRank reserves the right to remove votes, suspend accounts, and correct ranking scores that it reasonably believes result from prohibited behaviour.

04Trust-Weighting Disclaimer

LiveRank assigns each user a Trust Score based on platform activity (account age, votes cast, rankings created, items contributed, followers, and comment karma). This score influences the weight of your votes via the formula vote_weight = 1 + log₂(trust_score).

The Trust Score is an internal algorithmic metric. It is not a legal endorsement, professional certification, or guarantee of the quality or accuracy of any content you produce. The algorithm may change at any time without notice.

05Service Disclaimer

LiveRank is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that rankings reflect objective truth, that trust scores are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of LiveRank is at your sole risk.

We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

06Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. On account closure, your profile and user-generated content may be anonymised or removed subject to the data-retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

LiveRank may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, including Ranking Integrity violations, with or without prior notice at our discretion.

07Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Argentina.

Users located in the European Union may additionally invoke their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) is named as the EU cross-border supervisory authority for EU data subjects, as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of LiveRank after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
